Delivery Terms

Delivery will be made between the hours of :

  • 10am – 5pm to a business address and
  • 10am – 3pm for a school (where this is specified) and up to
  • 10am – 7pm to a residential addresses and weekend delivery.

Whilst we endeavor to meet all specific delivery times when requested these are not guaranteed.

If you require a specific delivery time you will need to contact us via sales@ballooncelebrations.com.au or 1300 761 152 and discuss your requirements. VIP or express delivery charges may be incurred in this instance.

Deliveries to businesses will be made via reception area unless otherwise specified.

Deliveries to Schools will be made via the Administration/Reception Area.

Deliveries made to hospitals will be made directly to the nurse’s station of the ward of the patient. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the patient is still admitted to the hospital.

No latex balloons are permitted at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital, we will contact you in the event we may need to replace a latex order with a foil balloon.

Balloon Celebrations takes no responsibility after delivery is accepted.

Balloon Celebrations has no control over environmental factors such as climate and time in trasit. All balloons and extra add ons such as chocolates, wine and gifts are ordered and sent at the risk of the customer.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery we will call you or the recipient for instructions. Should we not be able to get in contact with anyone after two attempts our driver will leave the balloons in the safest possible area at the designated address, if the residence is a security building and delivery cannot take place we will contact you for further instructions. A re delivery charge will be incurred subject to approval.

Every attempt to deliver on time will be made.
